We got hit with our first hard frost last night. We covered the pumpkins and morning glories, but covering a whole patch of sunflowers was kind of difficult. I was so sad walking by them last night after being at the pumpkin patch. There were so many that didn't even get a chance to open! I could just cry!
The morning glories fared quite well, the pumpkins will have to be harvested this afternoon. The frost was so heavy that the sheets couldn't protect them. Have a Happy Friday!
